This AjaxCNC control kit is designed for machines requiring far more I/O than our standard retrofit kits can provide. Typical applications for this retrofit package are ATC machining centers with up to 15HP spindles.

All of the control logic has been preprogrammed for you. This not only includes standard functions like lube, coolant, limits, and spindle control, but also all of the tool change logic for up to a 30 position Geneva-type automatic tool changer.

While slightly more complicated than our standard retrofit kits, installation is still very easy and straightforward. We provide you with a full size wiring schematic for your ATC.

PLC is coded for an umbrella-style Geneva type. Now includes simple one-time customization of PLC program.
