This
CNC kit is specifically designed for retrofitting very large
CNC machines, both mill and lathe, equipped with servo motors
that require much more than our standard 15A drives can provide.
This kit can be used with existing DC motors and drives allowing
you flexibility in choosing a retrofit solution that best suits
your needs and your budget. The only requirements for the servo
drives are they must operate in torque mode and accept a -10 to 10v analog
signal for control. Please call if you need any assistance in
choosing the right drive for your application.
As with all AjaxCNC controls, we include a fully preprogrammed
PLC for all common machine functions as well as our user friendly
conversational programming software. The Optic-1 kit also includes
our machine control pendant standard. |
