Read manuals, technical bulletins, and download drawings and other documentation, from our documentation pages. This is the first place you'll want to check for answers to your support-related questions.

3. Email Technical Support

Email technical support is available for setup and maintenance of your control. Please include a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing (along with information such as serial number, and a report file for your control if it is a Centroid-based system). Providing this information will greatly increase the speed and accuracy with which your support request can be responded to.

4. Phone Technical Support

The low price at which we offer our products does not allow us to provide free phone support. Phone support is available for a fee and is done on a pay per incident and hourly structure. Phone support can be purchased through "Buy Now" link below and payment must be cleared before phone support can be provided.  Before purchasing phone support you must do ALL of the following:

  • In order to save you time and money, it is strongly advised that you first re-read your installation manual and perform all testing and troubleshooting proceedures in the in the order in which they are presented in the installation manual before purchasing phone support. A current copy of the installation manual is available here: www.ajaxcnc.com.
  • Phone support fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
  • Send an email to tech@ajaxcnc.com describing in clear and concise terms what your issues are.  By being clear and specific in describing what your issue is and what you may have already done to troubleshoot and rectify the situation we will be able to save you time and money in solving your problem.  
  • In your email, please be sure to include the best time and date to contact you.  Once we have received confirmation of payment, a support professional will contact you on the date and time requested.      
  • Due to the varying technical abilities of users, we can make no guarantees that our phone support staff will be able to solve your problem but we can guarantee you will be helped by professionals with years of experience.  At the discretion of our support professional, it may be determined that your issue can not be solved via phone support and that on-site service is required in order to correct the issue or issues that you are expriencing.      
  • Billing is per hour, per incident with a $50 minimum.
  • "Incidents" are limited to a total of 2 phone calls per billable hour.  An "incident" is defined a single purchase of phone support, regardless of the number of hours purchased. 
  • Purchased phone support "incidents" expire 30 days after purchase regardless of the number of hours purchased or calls remaining. 
  • If you have a payment confirmation number and need immediate assistance, please feel free to call our sales line at 814-360-0279 to request support.  Be ready to provide your payment confirmation number and sales will have support contact you immediately upon confirmation of payment.  To save you time and money, please send an email describing your problem while you are waiting for support to return your call.

5. On-Site Technical Support

Have a complicated project that requires professional assistance? Expert CNC service, training and installation at your shop. Our nationwide network of AjaxCNC technical representatives makes house calls! Typical rates for on site service are $85 per hour. Many of them also offer extra services like:

  • Complete CNC control installation/integration.
  • On-site CNC training and service
  • Custom PLC programming for special applications
  • OEM CNC machine development
