Limited* email technical support is supplied free for setup and maintenance of your control. Please include a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing along with a report file for your control.

Technical support is available over the phone for $1/minute. The first (5) minutes are free. A tech support account can be setup with a valid credit card number. If leaving a message for tech support, please give a detailed description of your problem to expedite your return call more effectively. Also, be sure to e-mail a report file before calling for tech support.
